DMZ extraction points on Hajin
Extraction is the whole point of DMZ: a run only counts if you leave the zone alive. In Modern Warfare 4 you get out of the Hajin Exclusion Zone by calling the Twin Heli to a green-smoke LZ, or by Fulton balloon and flare extractions. Exact exfil positions are being verified in-game during launch week (October 23–26) and will be mapped on this page as they're confirmed.

Exfil position map — coming at launch

Exfil discipline — rules that keep you alive
- Move to exfil early. Most deaths happen rushing a chopper at the last minute with the whole map converging.
- Watch the approach. Exfil sites are natural ambush points — sweep the treeline and rooftops before calling it in.
- Have a backup LZ. Know two ways out of every POI you loot (see each POI page for its options).
- Balloon beats crowd. When a heli LZ is hot, a Fulton balloon gets one operator out fast without committing the squad.
